Santa has his work cut out for him

Last week when we were going to decorate the tree I discovered that ALL of my glass bulbs were ruined - I don't know how, but I spent this week looking for more and haven't been able to find what I liked. So the tree is empty, although I was planning on the kids putting the other tree ornaments on today.

Ethan must of decided the tree looked too bare. I went to check on him (which we must do frequently during the day) and found he took the initiative to decorate the tree himself.

Yes, Santa has a lot of stockings to fill, although this mess on the tree is nothing compared to the mess on the living room floor.

Quote for the Day

"The Lord compensates the faithful for every loss. That which is taken away from those who love the Lord will be added unto them in His own way. While it may not come at the time we desire, the faithful will know that every tear today will eventually be returned a hundredfold with tears of rejoicing and gratitude."

Elections in Ghana

Tonight was the last night of campaigning before the elections on Sunday. All of the missionaries are in "lock down" from Sunday after church until they get the "all clear" sign from the mission president.

If you want to read more about the elections go HERE.
