The truck is loaded, the house (almost) entirely clean, trash is hauled off.....and we are still somewhat sane.

Phil, however, will be paying for it tomorrow. He loaded a 26 foot truck in about 4 1/2 hours. Ibuprofen and hot tub here he comes.
