The Arrival

We live in such a beautiful country!  It has been amazing to see the landscape change over the 2,000 miles we have driven the last three days.  Usually Phil is driving and my nose is stuck in a book, but this time mom and I are enjoying everything there is to see out there.

We stopped at a neat little rest area on the edge of Wyoming.  Did you know that:

 Caught Ethan climbing this, despite the sign that is behind him (covered up now by his body) that says in bold letters "DO NOT CLIMB".   We can't go anywhere :-)

 Apparently, Utah likes having visitors.  After not seeing signs in Colorado and Wyoming, this greeted on on the other side of the Wyoming border.

Calvin has grown!  Two months and 12 pounds and a super cute, happy baby.  You can't see it well here, but his hair is red!  Oh, I hope it stays that way.  It looks beautiful.

 Jill, the dowager, has found her spot on the back of the couch on which to overlook her kingdom.  I will have to get video of Joseph with Dolly, he is scared of her but doesn't want to be and he was cracking me up as he was attempting to make friends with her.

It was a safe trip, for which we are all grateful.  Now we can just sit, relax and visit for a while.  Tonight we get to meet Logan's future in-laws - yeah!!!
