4:00 am - Wake up make bread and mop floor before leaving for temple trip.
4:45am - Husband wakes up to find you and tell you the trip is cancelled because he has a lot of work to get done, then he promptly returns to bed.
4:46am - Decide trying to sleep again is useless - try out a new granola bar recipe.
(Turned out great - email me for recipe!)6:00am - Decide to take everything out of laundry room and deep clean. Achooo!
6:05am - Ethan wakes up and wants breakfast. Talk him into climbing into bed with dad (who is still sleeping).
7:00am - Ethan and Dad wake up and ask for pancakes, Jordan and Logan want crepes. Start mixing the dry pancake ingredients.
7:15am - About to make pancakes when dad decides he will have eggs instead. Throw pancake mix in baggy and freeze. Jordan starts cooking crepes.
7:30am - Jordan is still cooking crepes.
7:31am - Take over the crepe making. Jordan starts to eat.
7:45am Clean kitchen. Jordan is still eating.
8:00am Start dishwasher, Jordan is still eating.
8:01am Kick Jordan out of kitchen to join brother in raking leaves in yard.
9:00am Boys still raking, take dad and Ethan to Walmart.
10:30am Return from shopping. Boys still raking. Parents are perplexed.
10:31am Boys come in for snack.
10:50am Kick boys out of kitchen to continue raking.
11:00am Dad takes over Logan's job in back.
11:10am Dad done raking.
11:15am Dad takes over Jordan's job in front yard. Send Jordan in back to get hoe.
11:20am Dad done raking front yard. Jordan still nowhere to be found.
11:30am Jordan still MIA. He is found looking for worms in back.
12:00pm Lunch Break
12:20pm Dad back to yard work, Logan and Jordan still eating.
12:45pm Boys still eating, kick out of kitchen.
1:00pm Go upstairs to finish cleaning.
1:01pm Jordan runs upstairs to say his room is a disaster (he is right).
1:15pm Send boys and their dad off to shoot clay pigeons.
1:16pm Start all unfinished business and take Ethan to birthday party.
(These two girls were in Ethan's Kindergarten and First Grade classes. They think he is the best! What a blessing that he has such wonderful friends. Even though he is not in Alyssa's or Erica's class, Alyssa had to invite him according to her mom. Ethan has name signs for both of them since he can't say their names. He had a GREAT time!)5:00pm Finish my unfinished business and let the boys cook dinner :-)
7:30pm I'm headed to bed!!! (Which means I will probably actually make it to bed around 9:30pm - you know how it goes )

Susie! NO MORE MOPPING AT 4:00 AM! NO MORE BREAD MAKING AT 4:00 AM! NO floor or loaf of bread is worth waking up in the DARK for!!!

4:00 AM Get up, shower, get ready for work.
5:30 AM drop Michelle off at the airport (flying to KY)
6:05 AM Sitting at office desk checking blogs.
6:15 AM Read Susie's blog, look around for a place to nap as your blog has exhausted me! How do you keep your eyes open for so long with NO NAP?? Susie, yours and Sami's energy astounds (is that a word) me! You both take after your Mom! Love the picture of Ethan and friends and yes the ones of the guys working so hard.
