In Memory

We bid farewell to Ninnie Nandina this weekend. Her once glorious leaves gone the way of all leaves. We are waiting, however, for we may have a resurrection come spring. (My plants are really good at doing that - survival of the fittest and all that)

No, thank goodness, she is still thriving. It is the baby I transplanted. Like I said, I whack my plants done to nothing and sometimes, especially the azaleas - they come back better than ever. I went and whacked all of them back - they were looking puny. Now I hope the theory holds - cross your fingers!
