The Long Mile

This fella here finished, for the first time, the mile run at school. He didn't run the whole time, but when he was tired he walked.

When he reached the last 50 yards, his entire class started cheering and went to run the last stretch with him.

He was thrilled!

His teacher presented him with a juice box as a "prize" and he was in heaven.

I was so proud of him :-)
