Our First Day in Sequim
After four extremely excruciating, long, long days we arrived to a windy, rainy and cold Sequim. Claire's shouts of "uncle, uncle" brightened our mood and we all got to bed way too late.
Now that we are here, Megan has our permission to have her baby, which is due now.
While Brian was slaving away at the office, we all went to Port Townsend (another beautiful, quiet, and peaceful town) about 45 minutes away while Megan met with her midwife. Then we went to the beach and walked along the coast.
Dad and Ethan looking at a seal. This seal picture isn't much to brag about, but that beach usually has baby seals up on shore. We are here at the wrong time of year. This giant fella was out in the water acting like it was a sunny, warm day. As we got ready to go he started turning over in the water and showing off his flippers. A local lady told us she thought it was a male harbor seal. Who am I to say any different?
Jordan picked up....stuff....along the shore, while Ethan was trying to keep the tide from reaching his shoes (he later failed, miserably, his shoes are still drying out on the porch).

Logan decided he might have a future as Survivorman 2.

This could be a potential meal, if he could only fashion a net out of seaweed.
Claire was wise and hitched a ride.
We searched for some underground lost bunkers used from the war, but by the time we found them we were all starving, wet, and ready to go.
Jordan found some interesting items while we were waiting at the midwife's.
