The correct answer would be "NO". These are ice pellets that blanketed the ground last night. It is 22 degrees today and won't get much warmer. Fortunately, the ice didn't blanket the trees and cause outages like the Northeast. But, there is no school today, so we are cranking out the hot chocolate and popcorn and playing board games - yahoo!!
Friday it is supposed to get to 60 degrees. :-)
